Used the 30L Everyday for four years but found its latch inconvenient and the bag heavy after trying an Aer City Pack Pro 2.

“Until receiving the CPP2, I didn’t realize how inconvenient the latch on the PD Everyday backpack was and how heavy it was.”

Kept the 30L over the 20L: the modularity and external straps are amazing for carrying a Switch case, clothes or a jacket.

“The modularity of the bag is amazing. Being able to use external straps adds to it as well (bring a pickle ball paddle or jacket, you name it)”

Dailys the 30L with a tech pouch for a 16-inch MacBook; long carries get uncomfortable loaded but the sternum strap and optional hip belt help.

“I echo other comments around long carry’s being uncomfortable with the thing loaded down, using the sternum strap and optional hip belt definitely helps though.”

Really likes the 30L even without using it for photography, using the compartments for clothes and lunch.

“I really like my Peak Design Everyday Bag 30L though sometimes I wish I got the smaller bag.”

Bought the Everyday 30L after seeing it in Tokyo and regrets it: great build and features, but heavy and uncomfortable with camera gear, and the Aer and Alpaka bags beat it for everyday carry.

“I bought the PD as it is very much sold as the holy grail of backpacks in reviews, but honestly for this cost and how much I actually wanna use it I kinda regret the purchase.”

Bought the 30L as his regular bag but it did not fit his use: the internal organization is cool but not suited to a school or office setup.

“I recently bought the 30L Everday Backpack with the intention of making it my regular bag, and it just didn't fit my use case at all. The internal organization system”

Uses the 30L Everyday v2 as his primary wedding-day bag and loves its quality-of-life features.

“I have the non-zip version of the 30L Everyday Backpack v2. It has a lot of quality-of-life features I really can’t be without!”
